1. Purpose

The Company provides capital to qualified Traders for the purpose of trading in the foreign exchange and/or CFD markets under specific risk management guidelines and restrictions.

2. Profit Split & Withdrawal Terms

The Trader shall be entitled to a share of the profits generated from their funded account:

- Initial Withdrawal: 70% of profits, eligible after 21 days.

- Second Withdrawal: 75% of profits, eligible after 21 days.

- Third Withdrawal: 80% of profits, eligible after 14 days.

- Fourth and Subsequent Withdrawals: 90% of profits, eligible every 14 days.

All payouts will be made in USDT (TRC20).

3. Drawdown Limits

To ensure risk management and capital protection, the following limits are enforced:

- Maximum Daily Drawdown: 3% of the starting day's balance or equity (whichever is higher).

- Maximum Overall Drawdown: 8% of the initial starting balance.

Breaching these limits will result in account termination.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

- News trading

- Account management for others

- Arbitrage trading

5. Termination of Account

Any breach of the rules stated in Section 3 or 4 will result in immediate termination of the funded account.

Profits may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

6. Payout Method

All payouts will be made in USDT (TRC20) to the Trader's provided wallet address. The Company is not liable for funds sent to incorrect or compromised wallets.

7. Confidentiality

The Trader agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, account access, and Company operations.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, both partiesagree to binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas under the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own legal costs.

9. Modifications

The Company may update this Agreement or rules at any time with notice via email or dashboard notification.

10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, the Trader agrees to all terms herein.
